Refund Policy

1. Hygge Subscription Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Hygge subscriptions. If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid invoice, we will refund your subscription fee in full. No questions asked.

After the initial 14 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

The 0.5% platform fee collected on completed transactions is non-refundable, since the underlying payment has already been processed and settled to your Whop account.

2. Buyer Refunds

Hygge is a connector and is not the merchant of record. Refunds for buyer transactions are issued by you (the merchant) directly through your Whop dashboard, not by Hygge.

If a buyer contacts Hygge requesting a refund, we will direct them to the merchant. We have no authority to refund a buyer’s payment.

Whop’s refund timelines, eligibility windows, and processor fees apply to all buyer refunds. Consult the Whop documentation for specifics.

3. How to Request a Subscription Refund

To request a refund for your Hygge subscription:

  1. Email hello@payhygge.com from the email address on your Hygge account.
  2. Include your account email and the date of the charge.
  3. Briefly describe why you’re requesting the refund (helps us improve).

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

4. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, the funds typically reach your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. International refunds may take longer.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly via email. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account suspension while we investigate.

If you believe you were charged in error, email hello@payhygge.com with the transaction details and we will investigate within 5 business days.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
